SAKURAIMK – 120H is heat preservation material which is lubricate, medium
granularity material. Commonly used for small or medium section
mould, such as piston, wheel hub, connecting rod, etc., and also
being applied to complex castings such as cylinder. It is a general
type of coating material,used widely.
Mould preparation: first you must clean the mould, remove the old
coating and the sticky material, and then coarsen the surface with
the sand, evenly heat the mould to 250-350°C(if the mould just removed from the production line, it should be
first cooling, cleaning before being heated), and then cooled to
170-200°Cwhen you can start painting.
Mixing paint: Mix the paint again, pour out the required diluted
amount(according to the ratio of 1:3-5), mixing it until evenly.
Spraying: holding a gun, keep the nozzle 20-30 cm distance and away
the mould ,parallel moving the spray gun at a constant speed. The
coating will be mist after spraying. The best coating is 3 ~ 4 thin
layers together rather than 1 ~ 2 thick layers together. Spray over
the first layer, dry it and spray again, and so on. For the part
has high demand on heat preservation to spray layer thicker, for
the part need to be cooling fast and evenly only to spray a thin
layer. Generally, the thickness of the coating is 75-125µm.
Packing and storage:
20 kg/carton, keep in dry, cool, ventilated place, being beware of
damp. Shelf life: 12 months.
